  • A typical implementation takes approximately 2 - 4 weeks from proposal approval. The exact duration for your project will vary depending on the complexity of the project. 

  • Yes!  Our development and integration platforms are the most widely used on the market today and allow for seamless integration into existing systems.

  • We believe support is key to a successful implemenation in order to ensure agent adjustments are continuously occuring to give your callers the best experience possible.  Therefore, support is bundled into all solutions.

  • Voice Agent implementations are made from several components. Your solution will include one selection from each of the following:
